New products
We don't create new products in Erli. Add the product in Erli or your sales system, then import it into PixelFiddler through Products → Import from → Erli.
How to connect Erli to PixelFiddler

- Step 1
Open the API keys
In the Erli seller panel go to Ustawienia sklepu → Metoda integracji → Twoje klucze API (shop settings → integration method → your API keys) and click Wygeneruj nowy klucz (generate new key). Your current integration method, e.g. Base, stays as it is.
- Step 2
Set the permissions
Enter a description, e.g. PixelFiddler, and leave only write access to Produkty (products) ticked. We don't need orders, price lists, finances or webhooks. Click Wygeneruj klucz (generate key).
- Step 3
Copy the key
Copy the key right away – Erli won't show it again once you close the window. If you lose it, use Rotuj (rotate) next to the key.
- Step 4
Connect in PixelFiddler
In PixelFiddler open Integrations → Erli → Connect and paste the key.
- Step 5
Done
Erli now shows the Connected status. Pull products from Products → Import from → Erli.

Switch marking on, and AI photos leave us already labelled
The EU AI Act's Article 50 transparency rules have applied since 2 August 2026. In short: if a photo looks real but was generated or significantly altered by AI, the buyer should be told. On one photo that is trivial. Across a catalogue of several hundred, a question comes up: who remembers which ones came out of AI?
The automation remembers.
It made them.
AIThe badge sits in the corner of the photo, at a size and position you set once. What counts as AI content follows from the kind of operation. Judging whether a given listing needs a disclosure is still your call.
The mark stays in the file
You switch marking on once in your space settings. From then on we burn the badge into the photo on download and when sending to channels that have no field of their own for this – so it stays in the file wherever it goes: into Erli or onto any other channel. Where a channel does expose a field for an AI declaration, we fill it in on the integrations that support it.
What we don't mark
We don't treat background removal or upscaling as content creation, so those photos are never marked. We mark what AI actually drew: generated photos, UGC, ghost mannequin. That's our rule, not a reading of the law – if you're replacing a background with a generated one, treat it as generation.

Erli and PixelFiddler – frequently asked questions
In the seller panel under Ustawienia sklepu → Metoda integracji → Twoje klucze API (shop settings → integration method → your API keys). The key works alongside your current integration, e.g. Base, and does not switch it off.
No. PixelFiddler sends photos, title and description to Erli. Price, stock, categories and parameters stay as you have them.
New photos from PixelFiddler replace them. If the product has no photos in PixelFiddler, the Erli gallery is left untouched.
No. Erli needs a price for every new product, and PixelFiddler doesn't set prices. Add the product in Erli or your sales system, import it through Products → Import from → Erli, and then send photos and descriptions.
Erli processes changes in the background – it downloads the photos and refreshes its catalogue. Changes can take up to 20 minutes to show on the product page.
Click „Try again” next to Erli on the product card. A retry updates the same product, so no duplicate is created. If the error persists, write to us: support@pixel-fiddler.com.
